About us

Ashuma Sailing has been offering private charter sailing tours in the Jaco area since 2008. We are in Herradura Bay behind the Los Sueños Marriott on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We believe in catering the tour to your group. You set the tone, the mood and the itinerary when you get on board. Your skipper will then work with the daily conditions to give you a great time on the water. Skipper Neil Kahn has been sailing since he was 8 and living and working in Costa Rica for over 30 years. Ashuma Sailing is part of Kayak Jaco, who, since 1998 has been safely offering “Fun on the Water” tours in sea kayaks and outrigger canoes.
